How we Protect your Personal Information
We want you to feel confident about using the services, so we are committed to protecting the information we collect. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. While no service can guarantee security, we have implemented appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security procedures to help protect the personal information you provide to us.
Premier Gulf Coast Properties does not solicit or accept information or user content from those it knows to be under the age of 18. If a person under the age of 18 submits any information to us, we will use that information only to respond directly to that person to inform him or her that such information is not accepted. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has submitted any information to us without their consent, he or she should contact us immediately.
