This is a very cute beach house and very close to the beach. It is clean and the kitchen is well supplied. There are two pools and a playground for the kids. We will stay there again!

If I could pick 6 stars I would. This is our third time to stay at Beacons, with either friends or family. This is for sure our preferred place to stay. It is very clean, lots of room for the kids to play, and a kitchen that has everything you need to make great meals. We normally hit the local grocery store which is just down the street to stock up with lunch supplies. We have been slowly trying all the great restaurants in the area for dinner. We do have a few favorites now. I can't recommend Beacons enough. We love staying here and will continue to rent it a couple of times a year for the foreseeable future.

We had an amazing time this week!!! Thank you so much for such a fantastic place to stay!!! We love that it is so close to the beach and having two different pools to enjoy!!! The items for the kitchen that are supplied is wonderful!!! We love the new things that have been added since we had been there two years ago!!! We plan on renting this unit again next year or at least a unit with this company because of the hospitality and organized service!! We have always had such great communication with you guys!!! Thank you all so much for a fantastic vacation again this year!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We loved our two nights stay at Beacons. Very nicely organized property and surrounding area. The beach was just 10 min walk away. Overall, a  great experience.

Our group of 4 adults and 4 children were very comfortably accommodated. The townhouse has a great, functional layout. The splashpad and kids pool is right out the back door and the large community pool is just the next building over. We walked to the beach in just 5 minutes - it was a safe and easy walk. Semi-private beach feel and very clean and maintained. It was well-worth it!

This townhouse was beautiful and very clean. We had an issue with the door not being easy to open from the inside, but other than that we had an awesome stay even though the weather did not cooperate.

Beacons is a wonderful, clean, and well appointed place. There was plenty of room for our entire family and the boys really loved the bunk beds. Having the pool, splash pad, and playground right outside the front door was awesome. The elk to the beach was short and the grocery store is close by and well stocked. We will be adding Beacons on our “favorites” list and plan to go back if available.

Great place to stay!! Comfy beds and pillows. We loved the washer and dryer and heated pool right outside our door! Our grandsons had a blast!! We drove to the jetty’s for some night fishing!! The beach is very close. All was enjoyable so thank you!! This unit was in the perfect place pool side and well insulated as our neighbors couldn’t hear the baby crying. Thank you!!

Once again, we had a wonderful two weeks staying at the Beacons. The unit is so comfortable to stay in. It's quiet, close to the beach, and well decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I hope that we can come back again next year !

Our stay at Beacons was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was a fantastic distance from the beach and the heated pool wasn’t a bad touch. Definitely planning on staying here again next year!

This is the first time that the whole family scheduled an entire weekend vacation together. From Grandparents to the newest member that celebrated his first birthday, all 12 of us had a wonderful time. Jennifer was an excellent host, responding quickly to answer any questions or needs we had. She also gave us great information about where to find a school of fish and a swarm of young sea turtles. We took the children to the beach in the dark, and armed with flashlights, they discovered this magical world of sea life right at their feet! We were actually able to handle one of the turtles for everyone to see and touch before releasing it back to its family swimming all around us. All in all, a weekend that will never be forgotten.

Our stay went really well. Beacons was ready for us earlier than expected so we arrived early. The room was cleaner than most places I have stayed in at the same general location. No loud neighbors, all were friendly and the grounds were very clean as well. Will use Beacons again.

I have nothing but positive things to say from the very beginning of booking our stay. Jennifer was always very nice and helpful! The house was very comfortable and clean. The booking,  the stay and the checkout procedures ran smoothly and made life easy. I will definitely be staying here again!
