Wonderful place. Super clean, spacious and well equipped with anything we could have needed. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Close to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. Rental management staff were extremely nice and super helpful. We will definitely be back.

This is our 3rd year staying at Big Sur, and we love it. Very clean, but could use some newer furniture. All the amenities a person could ask for. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and there is a grocery store nearby plus the pools are heated. Loved this place.

Perfect stay! Big Sur had every amenity we could ask for. The townhouse is in a great location (close to the water, food, grocery, and gas), and the accommodations were nice. We loved it!

Absolutely loved the condo. It was clean, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Lots of families. The pool was great. Large enough for lots of people to enjoy. And there’s a restroom in the pool area. Beach is walking distance from the condo. We will definitely visit again.

Our family had a wonderful vacation while at Big Sur! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of kitchen items for cooking! I especially loved the option of extra bedding and towels, and the beach toys were great for the kids. The 2-minute drive or 5-minute walk to the beach was a huge plus with young kids. Thanks for a great stay!

A great place to have a quiet retreat and enjoy the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast each day. The king bed was not too firm but not too soft. The linens and towels were clean and surprisingly soft. Plenty of spare blankets and pillows on hand if needed. The shower and bathroom sink lacked water pressure. The bathroom had very low lighting to put on my makeup. Other than that everything was wonderful. Clean and tidy with plenty of space to feel at home. I would stay here again and certainly recommend to a friend. Walking distance to beach and the pool was a nice end to the day.

Big Sur was excellent as always. The only issue was the pool was cleaned on Monday morning but that afternoon it was dirty. Need to rethink who cleans the pool.

We loved our townhome. Everything was just as it said. Walking distance to beach and close to everything. We had our dog. Only thing I would change is for there to be some grass although he did acclimate to the rocks pretty well. Wish everyone would follow the rules and pick up their dogs waste Our water hose was cracked and was replaced within 12 hours of notice. Great company to work with.

We had a very relaxing time at the Big Sur condo on North Padre Island. The property was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful pool every day and we were able to walk to the beach. It was very easy to make the reservation and communicate with Premier Gulf Coast Properties. I highly recommend Big Sur!

We will definitely stay here again! The condo was in a great location and super clean. A wonderful place to stay for a small family -- the pools are kid friendly and the playground was a great addition. Having a washer and dryer was also very helpful!

My husband and I stayed in another unit at this complex in 2018. We grabbed this one because it was cheaper, and nicer, than our first stay! It is decorated in the "beachy" motif and was very clean. We like the one-story condo because there was no one above us (I hate that.). One small problem was that the kitchen appliances were hard to plug in. All the outlets are three-pronged, but they still should have worked. I didn't make coffee anyway, since we got to the beach by nine and left by noon or 1 pm. I recommend this unit for it's great price as well.

This was our 1st time in Texas and Big Sur was a fantastic place to stay. First impression of our unit was warm,cozy, tastefully decorated and soooooo beachy( not to mention very clean). This resort has a large heated pool and is within walking distance to the beach. We made so many friends and would definitely book Big Sur again.Thanks for making our trip so memorable.

Enjoyed our entire stay. Big Sur was clean, comfy and nicely decorated:) Only one little thing to improve would be the pool maintenance. The pool was being cleaned and chemicals were put in the pool in the middle of the afternoon. I would think early morning would work better Thanks for the ease of renting. Great vacation.

Once again we had a wonderful time. There were 6 of us and Big Sur was perfect. Plenty of room for sleep and fully furnished kitchen and wonderful to have a washer and dryer. The front porch is wonderful as well as the swimming pool and the location is close to anything we need to get to. Everyone is quiet and seems to respect everyone's privacy. We love coming to this area and will plan another trip soon. Jennifer is always a very helpful property manager and always responds quickly if there are questions.
