The place is new and nice and big. The pool and canal are so close and it’s an interesting view and very likable. Management was nice and very accommodating and went above and beyond with my requests as I needed an extra hand with some things. The only negative part is that house is completely bare bones, no coffee filters, seasonings, oil, Etc. to cook with. I think the kitchen should be stocked with those basics.

My family absolutely loves this place. The outdoor seating on the decks is absolutely amazing to enjoy a morning coffee, meal, or evening glass of wine. We enjoying using our own private pool and fishing on the docks. We have stayed at four different properties on North Padre and this is our favorite by far.
