The house is beautiful and perfectly nestled on a corner spot. Super close to the beach access road. The third story balcony view is awesome!!!! I needed the workout so it didn't bother me that the kitchen is on the third floor. Thanks for a great weekend and all the memories!

A great location for our family reunion! Close to the beach, great pools for the grandkids, and lots of space for us to get together in. Really appreciate the flexibility of our host as we changed dates on this 5 times due to COVID and an expanding family. We'd do this again in a heartbeat!

This was the perfect condo for a large family gathering. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and very spacious living room. The beds were quite comfortable and the furnishings were as pictured. The air conditioning works great on all three floors. The patio area is very nice with artificial turf, a picnic table, your own private grill and a nice area down the side of the condo where we set up our corn hole game and played nightly. We also liked that the condo was on the end and only had neighbors on one side. The only reason it did not receive 5 stars was because the ice maker was not working and one burner on the stove did not work during our stay. They were not able to get it fixed during our stay. However with that said the management sent ice two of the 6 days we were there and that was most appreciated. As other reviews have stated the three flights of stairs are quite a challenge when unloading and loading groceries and other items that we brought to the beach. One other small issue was there is a "guest" parking space on the end next to the fence right by the two designated parking spaces and the vehicles that would park there parked on the line (I'm sure so they could get in and out of the vehicle without banging their door on the fence) and it encroaches on the designated parking space for this condo. The website at the time of our booking stated there were 4 designated parking spaces for this condo, 2 in front and 2 in back but there are only 2 designated parking spaces for this condo. It was brought to management's attention so that may be changed on the website as of this review. All in all, if you have a large family gathering and you want to be together this is the condo for you. Management is great and very responsive to any questions or issues you might have.

The property was clean and well taken care of. The location was nice - about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and a small/medium pool area and playground. It got really crowded at points. The layout is straight up 3 stories with the kitchen on the very top so get ready for hauling everything up and down 3 flights of stairs. We just all worked together and got it all done. The washing machine used very hot water, even when set on cold. The property manager did contact us with check-in information and even notified me of an alternate person to contact when they were out of reach. The beds were comfortable. They provided towels and linens and the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and dishes.

Large townhouse with enough room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. The ocean was a quick walk away. Both pools were great. Look forward to staying here again.

If you’re looking for easy access to the beach with a lot of room, this place is great. 3 minute walk and you’re there! There are three levels with the living and kitchen area on the top level (personally, that was a slight grievance, early risers would end up waking those sleeping on lower levels just getting coffee). The other grievance was the stairs, this is not your best option for older folks with arthritic knees.

Loved the property and the staff. The decor is tastefully done. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Everyone can gather or have private time in their bedrooms. The 3 balconies all have beach views. And being on the end was perfect as well. I can't say enough nice things about the property. I want to go back.

Very beautiful rental. We loved our stay. I would give it 5 stars but listing was a little misleading. It shows 1 room with 2 bunk beds and a pull out couch and also a common area with 4 bunk beds. This was not the case. The common area is counted as a bedroom.

We really loved Mermaid Isle! My family had a blast! Rooms were comfy. Location was supreme too! The foosball table game was beloved! A few negative things were there was no soap available for the dishwasher or the washing machine. Also, I wish there were rugs for when you got out of the shower. Overall, incredible customer service and a fantastic trip!

We had a great time even with the aftermath of a Cateorgy 1 Hurricane Hanna. It did stop us from a much need vacay! You guys rocked it by providing pizza and flashlights when we didn’t have electricity.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Mermaid Isle. The townhouse was way better than we thought it would be. It was very clean and spacious and close to the beach. Less than a five minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay in Mermaid Isle again.

The townhouse was nice and beautiful! There was enough rooms and beds for our family and each rooms' decorations were on nice and on point with the theme of the house. The kids enjoyed the pool and splashpad which was so close to the house. The dryer was broken but once I texted our host about it, she texted me the code of another unit that had a working dryer to use. Very accommodating host! I would suggest bringing more paper towels and trash bags.

Had a great stay! The accommodations were perfect for us as we have three couples and each of us were able to have our own bathrooms and king/queen beds. None of us had to draw the bunk bed short straw! Very clean, well appointed and close to beach. The pool was great as well.
