Not too far from the beach, about a mile. Condo big enough to host multiple families comfortably. Liked that there's 3 bathrooms.

Awesome home! We had a total of 18. 14 adults and 4 children and it fit all of us plus extra beds! The home was in driving distance of everything you needed. Home was up to date and clean. Would recommend staying here in the future! Jennifer was the property manager and the person I was in contact with and she was awesome! Gave us all the restaurants recommendations and was in touch extremely quick. Pool was very nice for the kids in our group.

The condo was amazing.  Everything about it we loved.  There was plenty of room for all. All the amenities one could ask for. We will definitely be staying here again!!!!!

Our stay was wonderful. The property was clean and bright. The kitchen had ample dishware, cutlery and cooking utensils to meet all of our needs. The property was spacious and every inch of space was used wisely to sleep for a large group. The location of the property was great; close to the beach, gas, groceries and restaurant choices. The only suggestion would be to add more shelving to the pantry area particularly for those on longer stays with a large group.

We had a great stay in Sandollar at the Nemo Cay Resort. The unit was specious and laid out well for our large group with 12 kids. The unit was in good condition and has an updated feel. The Golden Tee arcade game was a fun added bonus that the older kids enjoyed playing. There is a small outdoor space in the back that was useful for hosing off dirty kids and beach toys. While not located directly on the beach, it is just a five minute drive to Whitecap Beach. There are also several restaurants right behind the pool area that we visited several times. Overall, we were quite satisfied and would stay at this resort again.

Every new year our ever growing family spends a few days at the coast. This house was an excellent place for us this year and comfortably slept all 15 of us. The rooms were all well cleaned when we arrived (though one of the kids said there was a little sand in their bed). The layout provides for a nice, open living and dining room; the kitchen is small, but very manageable. There were only a couple small things not working. The ice maker (not part of the fridge, but a separate appliance) was out of order, and the light under the microwave was burned out. Nothing important was missing though, and there were more than enough cups, plates, and mugs for the whole family at every meal. The beach is conveniently close and great for walks and playing frisbee even when it's too cold for swimming. We also went to movie theaters, an amusement arcade, and an excellent Pizza shop (Padre Pizzaria) that were all only a short drive away. All in all, this was another great year for our family and we are thrilled with the house we could make our home for a few days.
