Enjoyed our stay on the water. The dock was great and so were the balconies. Things were set up well and instructions were clear except how to operate the TV. The kitchen was nice and the bathrooms were nice. Could have used a few more towels. Overall the place was nice and adorable.

Unfortunately, it rained during our stay but in between rainfalls, the kids were able to enjoy the community pool. Plenty of accommodations were provided by the owner and everything was clean. TVs in all the rooms came in handy during the rain. The view from both balconies were scenic and peaceful. Highly recommend the stay.

I stay in this area several times a year and this is the best property yet. Love the private balconies and views. The pool is a wonderful treat. Kitchen stocked with everything you need and the place was super clean and well taken care of. Will definitely be back!!

Fantastically located two floor, two bedroom (upstairs) condo. Right on the water, pleasant views from both the living room windows and the master bedroom of the bay. It has a small community pool, very functional and fun. Also, great night fishing from the docks. Went with my wife and son. The condo was clean, and well furnished. The kitchen had all the "stuff' you needed, the AC and dehumidifier were right on the money. The drive to the local gas, station, restaurants and small grocery shopping all within 10 - 12 min. All in all, we had a blast and will be coming back. Worth the money!!! The HOA president, Linda was ultra cool and she banked a couple of 6lb-8lb trout (did not share :-)), the leasing agent, Jennifer was super helpful and friendly.

I loved my stay at Tavarua. It is a nicely decorated condo with modern furnishings. The master bedroom bed (which is the only one we used) was very comfortable. The condo was very quiet on the inside you never hear any noise through the walls. Of course the BEST part about my stay there was the very spacious and private double decks that over look one of the widest canals I have seen in the area. The bottom deck is covered and has shade so you can enjoy it any time and if you want sun you can go up to the top deck. The view across the canal at sunset and night is gorgeous as well. The AC worked great and it had the most well stocked kitchen I have seen in a vacation rental. The spacing of the oven/dishwasher/drawers in kitchen and very small washer/dryer might be a bit annoying if you stayed there long term but for the week I was there it was no issue at all. (you have to open the oven to get the dishwasher fully open haha). I loved the condo and wished I could buy it. My only disappointment was that I didn't see the dolphins in the canal that some of the other reviewers did. I guess I will just have to go back and try again.

We all loved the Tavarua. The downstairs shower was amazing! The only issue we encountered was the fan in the master bedroom did not work. Overall it was great!

My family had a wonderful time staying in Tavarua. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, this is it! Fishing on the dock right out the back door, swimming, kayaking, it’s all there. I can’t wait to go back!

We had a really good 4 night stay in Tavarua. It was perfect for our family of 5! Awesome view from both decks, dolphins swimming through the canal. Perfect for a group coming to fish. WiFi could be a little better because if you aren’t downstairs it was in and out and the upstairs TVs weren’t connected to a tv/dish service but has streaming capabilities. We will definitely be back next we come to Corpus Christi.

Tavarua was the PERFECT spot for our family of five. The townhouse is beautiful. The decor is very sleek and modern. There are two awesome decks for guests to enjoy and the views are gorgeous! The bottom deck is covered and located off the living room and the upstairs deck is the perfect spot to get some sun or to have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Tavarua even comes with its own dock for parking a boat. My husband and sons loved night fishing. They even caught 12 trout! The pool is also an added bonus. Some of us sat by the pool while others fished and we were all together. People that live in the other townhouses were very nice and we appreciated the quiet and homey atmosphere of the Princess Wharf complex. All of us were happy and loved it. We are already planning out next trip to Tavarua!

Beautiful rental....Exceeded our expectations! Very clean and well decorated. Nice upgrades and the location was amazing being on the canal and minutes to the beach. Host was very responsive and even brought over a grill when we asked. Highly recommend this rental.
