Treasure Den CLCA1K: Two Story, Waterfront Condo W/ Sparkling Pool & Hot Tub

Please be advised that the courtyard and pool deck, along with the dock staircase will be closed from 12/7/24 - 12/9/24 for painting. These areas will be marked off with caution tape. Per HOA, the hot tub is not heated and the green fishing lights do not work. We have adjusted our rates accordingly and no additional discounts will be applied. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Welcome to Treasure Den! Two bedroom, one and a half bath, two story condo that's located on the canal with beautiful water views! You'll love the cozy feel of the interior and the beautiful scenery the exterior has to offer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook on vacation and has a lovely dining table for the family. Making your way upstairs to the bedrooms, the master offers a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. Offering a great dock to fish from that have first come, first serve boat slips and picnic tables to enjoy lunch while gazing over the canal. The pool is only steps away and great for having fun with the family and relaxing! Only a short walk to beach access or load up the car with the family and drive for miles on our sandy beaches. You're in a great location to enjoy everything the Island has to offer!

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver's License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest's name on the reservation.
-PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/NO WEIGHT RESTRCITIONS.
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).
