With two resort-style pools, a kids' playground, and the beach just a 5-minute walk away, it's designed for relaxation and fun. Fully furnished and decorated in beach cottage style, the open-concept layout features a patio and upstairs balcony, offering plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Conveniently located near swimming, fishing, surfing, and dining, this 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome sleeps up to 10, catering to the needs of the whole family.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/NO WEIGHT RESTRICTION. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
